We’re looking for a self-driven, customer-obsessed Mid-Market Account Manager to join our growing Account Management team. As an Account Manager at EvenUp, you’ll be the CEO of your book of business, building lasting executive partnerships with our MM law firm clients to help them maximize the value of our AI platform. You’ll manage renewals, identify expansion opportunities, and cross-sell new product lines to existing customers.

Remote - US: This is a remote role that can be based anywhere in the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Own a revenue expansion quota for a seasoned MM book of business.

  • Partner with CSMs to proactively engage customers at key lifecycle events: post-onboarding check-in, business reviews, annual renewals, and significant business activity (M&A, firm expansion, or new markets).

  • Build and manage a pipeline of commercial opportunities via repeatable outbound prospecting.

  • Consult with firm executives and operational leaders to understand their operational challenges and goals, providing tailored solutions.

  • Navigate a solution sales process by building relationships with multiple external and internal stakeholders through remote and in-person meetings.

  • Negotiate and coordinate customer procurement and contract execution for renewals and cross-sales.

  • Take an entrepreneurial approach to your book, using creativity and strategic thinking to build long-term partnerships that fuel both customer success and EvenUp’s growth.

  • 3+ years of experience in quota-carrying SaaS roles (Sales or Account Management), with a minimum of 2 years working directly with customers.

  • A proven track record of exceeding quota attainment via $20k+ ACV new business or cross-sales.

  • Experience managing a high-volume MM customer book of business with a balance of relationship-building and transactional efficiency.

  • Strong discovery and consultative selling skills, with the ability to translate customer pain points into tailored solutions.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with executives, operations teams, and technical stakeholders.

  • Highly organized and self-motivated, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, scaling environment.

What We Offer

The base compensation for this role is $96,000 - $96,000 USD. Team members in this role are also eligible for performance-based bonuses.
The specific salary within this range will be determined based on various factors, including the candidate's relevant experience, education, skills, location, and alignment with the role's responsibilities.
