To support Faktion's growth in its AI focus domains, we are onboarding dedicated and entrepreneurial AI Solutions Consultants with a passion for all things digital, data and AI. In this position, you will work closely with clients to analyse and comprehend their needs, align project objectives with our ML and Software Engineering teams to provide state-of-the-art AI solutions that contribute to our clients strategic goals. You will cooperate with our sales, engineering and delivery teams to devise and oversee custom-made AI projects from beginning to end while guiding our clients in becoming increasingly data-driven.

Responsibilities

  • Successfully pitch and showcase AI solutions to clients and stakeholders.

  • Discover new business possibilities and maintain enduring client relationships.

  • Grasp client needs and opportunities and convert them into actionable goals for the technical and data teams.

  • You are your clients’ trusted advisor and are on top of the art of the possible in AI.

  • Collaborate with management, sales and engineering teams using your analytical and communication skills.

  • Build business cases for AI projects, ensuring value creation remains a top priority throughout project execution.

  • Work towards an improved organizational setup around solution design & project delivery and contribute to our knowledge-driven culture.

  • Operate with current clients in rapidly changing environments on a medium to long-term basis.

  • Partner with the sales department to generate proposals, pinpoint possible solutions, create business cases and build an AI Project Roadmap for your clients.

  • Oversee project results, resources, schedules, and budgets to secure successful outcomes.

  • Organize meetings with stakeholders, technical specialists, and team members.

  • Protect user, technical, legal, ethical, and security standards.

  • Produce project documentation and facilitate post-project meetings to evaluate project learnings.

  • Co-Evaluate team performance during and after projects and distill actionable learnings going forward.

  • Collaborate with the marketing and lead generation team to support brand recognition, external knowledge sharing and generate leads.

  • Represent Faktion at local events, offering insights and ideas as a speaker.
