About Us
Floor Coverings International of North Denver is a veteran-owned, locally operated flooring company dedicated to transforming homes and lives through inspired design and exceptional craftsmanship. We bring the mobile showroom directly to our customers, creating a convenient, personalized, high-touch experience from start to finish.

What You'll Do

Conduct in-home design and sales consultations
Measure rooms and job sites to provide accurate quotes
Guide customers through flooring selections that fit their style and budget
Close sales by clearly presenting value and options
Manage proposals, follow-ups, and project details
Build referral relationships with local builders, realtors, and designers
Partner with the Production Manager for a seamless customer experience

What Success Looks Like

50%+ close rate on appointments
Consistent 5-star customer reviews
Strong referral and repeat business pipeline

What We're Looking For

In-home or outside sales experience
Comfortable with basic math and measuring (square footage, quantities, pricing)
Strong communicator who builds trust quickly
Self-motivated, organized, and tech-comfortable
Valid driver's license

Even Better If You Have:

Background in flooring, construction, or home improvement
Experience networking with builders, realtors, or trade professionals

Most importantly, you bring a positive attitude, stay calm under pressure, and follow through no matter what.

Compensation & Benefits

$50,000 draw + uncapped commission (6-figure potential)
