Food Market Hub is an end-to-end procurement management platform that automates all back-end operations for F&B businesses. Our platform enables restaurants to manage existing suppliers and connect with new suppliers, all while providing a seamless payments option, and minimising food cost and wastage using AI. Suppliers use our platform to manage and consolidate orders and collections. We are building towards the future of F&B by enabling this massively underserved segment with a complete ecosystem covering sourcing, SaaS and financing. This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development FNB - Digital Financing at Food Market Hub in Petaling Jaya. As Business Development FNB - Digital Financing, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with F&B clients, initiating and closing deals for digital financing, and developing strategies to grow the business. You will work closely with our sales team to achieve business objectives, and keep up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the F&B industry.
Requirements
~1 min read- At least 1-2 years of business development in retail F&B with a strong network of decision makers
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in business development or digital financing within the F&B industry.
- A strong track record of successful deal negotiations and a thorough understanding of the F&B industry ecosystem.
- A keen understanding of current and emerging digital financing trends and platforms.
- Ability to analyse data, draw business insights and support analytical decisions with data-based recommendations.
- A customer-focused mindset for customer retention and satisfaction at all stages of the customer journey.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build and manage relationships both internally and externally, in English and Malay languages.
