The Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and leading sales activities for Casing Accessories with a primary focus on Premiere Torque Rings. This role manages key customer relationships, develops and executes sales strategies, and provides leadership and direction to sales personnel to achieve business objectives. The Sales Manager works closely with operations, engineering, and marketing teams to maximize profitability, customer satisfaction, and overall sales performance.

Responsibilities

  • →Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue, margin, and growth objectives.
  • →Drive sales of Premiere Torque Rings and other casing accessory products across assigned territories and key accounts.
  • →Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within the oil and gas industry.
  • →Establish, develop, and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and industry stakeholders.
  • →Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms while ensuring profitability targets are achieved.
  • →Lead, coach, and develop assigned sales personnel to achieve individual and team sales objectives.
  • →Establish performance expectations, monitor results, and provide ongoing feedback, training, and mentoring to maximize effectiveness.
  • →Organize and prioritize team activities, customer visits, sales calls, and territory coverage to ensure efficient use of resources and achievement of business goals.
  • →Lead the sales process from prospecting through closing and post-sale support.
  • →Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic customer accounts.
  • →Build long-term partnerships by understanding customer needs and providing value-driven solutions.
  • →Identify and resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • →Maintain regular customer engagement through site visits, meetings, presentations, and industry events.
  • →Deliver product presentations, training sessions, and technical demonstrations to customers.
  • →Maintain expert-level knowledge of Premiere Torque Rings and related casing accessory products.
  • →Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to ensure products meet customer requirements and expectations.
  • →Assist customers with product selection, application guidance, and operational best practices.
  • →Prepare and manage sales forecasts, budgets, and strategic growth plans.
  • →Monitor sales performance metrics and implement action plans to capitalize on market opportunities.
  • →Provide regular reporting on sales activities, pipeline management, forecasts, and territory performance.
  • →Utilize CRM systems to track customer interactions, opportunities, and sales results.
  • →Collaborate with marketing to support promotional campaigns, product launches, and brand development.
  • →Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, industry events, and customer seminars.
  • →Gather and communicate market intelligence regarding competitors, customer trends, and emerging opportunities.
  • →Coordinate with operations and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
  • →Participate in field visits and job site evaluations as needed.
  • →Promote and ensure compliance with company safety policies and procedures.
  • →Perform other duties as assigned.

 

Requirements

  • Proven success in oilfield sales, business development, or account management.
  • Experience selling casing accessories, casing connections, completion products, or related oil and gas equipment strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of oil and gas drilling and completion operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop commercial strategies and close complex sales opportunities.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience utilizing CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Safe driving record in accordance with Company Driver Policy.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Frequent travel throughout Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, and other assigned territories.
  • Ability to visit drilling, completion, and operating locations as required.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 15 lbs.
  • Prolonged periods of sitting, standing, driving, and working on customer sites.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field preferred; or
  • Equivalent combination of oil and gas industry experience and sales leadership success.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in technical sales, business development, or account management within the oilfield services sector preferred.
