We are seeking a driven, professional, and customer-focused Commercial Garage Door Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is ideal for an experienced commercial sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, builds trust quickly with business owners, and is motivated by performance-based earnings.
Industry experience in garage doors, home services, remodeling, construction, HVAC, roofing, windows, or related trades is strongly preferred. The ideal candidate understands consultative sales, can identify customer needs, and confidently present solutions that deliver value, safety, and long-term reliability.

Responsibilities
~1 min read- βConduct commercial sales appointments with Business Leaders/Owners
- βInspect garage doors, openers, and related systems
- βIdentify customer needs and recommend appropriate repair or replacement solutions
- βPresent product options, pricing, financing, and value propositions professionally
- βBuild trust and rapport with commercial leaders through education and communication
- βClose sales while maintaining a high standard of integrity and customer satisfaction
- βAccurately measure openings and collect all job details required for installation
- βMaintain detailed and organized job documentation, photos, and notes
- βFollow company sales processes, standards, and CRM procedures
- βCoordinate with operations and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution
- βMaintain product knowledge on garage doors, openers, accessories, and industry trends
- βMeet or exceed sales goals, KPIs, and customer satisfaction expectations
Requirements
~1 min read- Valid driverβs license with clean driving record
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening if required
- Ability to lift and carry sales materials and perform basic site evaluations
- Flexible schedule including evenings and occasional weekends as needed
Nice to Have
~1 min read- Prior garage door industry experience strongly preferred
- Experience in commercial sales preferred
- Experience in one or more of the following industries is a plus:
- Garage doors
- Home improvement
- Construction
- HVAC
- Roofing
- Windows and siding
- Plumbing
- Exterior remodeling
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Confident presenter with strong closing ability
- Self-motivated and highly organized
- Ability to problem solve and think critically in the field
- Comfortable using tablets, mobile apps, and CRM systems
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to work independently while remaining accountable to team goals
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
