Senior Account Manager

Get Engaged is a leading full-service marketing agency with a focus in social media and
influencer marketing. We are looking to hire a Senior Social Media Account Manager with 4-
5+ years of agency experience who will oversee multiple accounts and manage a team of
account managers and associates.

• →Lead team of managers/associates and scale team based on agency needs
• →Communicate with clients on all high-level requests and updates
• →Develop platform strategies specific to clients’ unique needs
• →Review content before it’s shared with clients
• →Stay up-to-date on platform updates and new technologies, and loop in creative, brand management, and client teams as necessary
• →Oversee reporting efforts, utilizing analytics and conversation/sentiment to optimize content
• →Assist in new business efforts (represent brand social team on kick-off calls, assist with custom proposals, manage client communication, etc.)
• →Assist in development of innovative content and activations that contribute to brand growth and help to reach client and agency goals
• →Identify new opportunities and make strategic recommendations in order to establish our clients as leaders in their industries

• Proven experience in social media management with a particular focus on the following platforms:
• • Instagram
  • TikTok
  • X
• 1+ years of management experience
• 3+ years of client-facing communication experience
• Hands-on experience in content creation efforts
• Excellent copywriting skills
• Exceptional organizational skills; this role will require the ability to oversee and coordinate efforts between various departments in order to execute campaign asks
• Experience pulling and analyzing social media platform metrics in order to build tactical recommendations
• Desire to push Get Engaged and our clients to unique, and at times uncomfortable, new whitespaces
