As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for managing the complete sales cycle, from discovery to demo to closing. We are looking for high-velocity salespeople who thrive in a fast-paced environment and excel at closing deals.

In this role, you will be expected to maintain a high level of professionalism and efficiency while selling our AI solutions. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional call control and value selling skills, with a focus on achieving sales targets without resorting to discounts. You will be a key player in growing our revenue and expanding our market presence.

Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and challenges.

Deliver product demos that effectively showcase the value of our AI solutions.

Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to closing deals.

Own individual closing targets and ensure deals are finalized through first payment.

Utilize value selling techniques to emphasize product benefits and drive sales.

Maintain call control during conversations, guiding clients towards a decision.

Follow up relentlessly to nurture leads and close sales in a timely manner.

Work collaboratively with the sales team to share insights and strategies.

Prepare sales reports and forecasts to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to position our solutions effectively.

Proven experience in high-velocity B2B sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

Strong closing skills with the ability to sell at the higher end of the pricing range.

Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.

Ability to work during US business hours.

Demonstrated experience in value selling and maintaining price discipline.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously while maintaining a high level of quality.

Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools.

Experience selling AI or technology solutions.

Familiarity with the SMB market in the US.

Ability to adapt sales strategies based on client feedback and market conditions.

Previous experience in a remote working environment.

Knowledge of sales analytics and reporting.
