Account Manager

• Senior project/program or value stream leadership experience
• Demonstrated ability to lead without direct authority
• Strong business and operational acumen
• Experience leading multifunctional teams and complex projects/situations
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
• A results-oriented mindset — comfortable owning outcomes, not just coordinating actions
• The ability to bring structure, rigor, and accountability to ambiguous problems

• The person needs to have deep understanding of operational concepts (ex.: bottleneck, WIP management, manufacturing flow)
