Requirements
~1 min readBachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field with 10 years of experience; Or an advanced degree in the same fields with 7 years of experience in aerospace or a related industry. Experience should include the following:
Prior experience supporting digital technology and/or connected products within Aerospace, automotive or other industrial industry.
Experience in Program management and cross-functional teamwork and project management.
Experience managing complex projects and influencing stakeholders at multiple levels.
Strong analytical, strategic, and communication skills with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
Strategic thinking and commercial insight
Strong customer orientation
Ability to translate technology into business value
Familiarity with Agile or Lean methodologies
Ability to clearly and simply communicate key messages related to complex topics to all levels of the organization.

Business Judgement
Lead and support business development initiatives aligned with the Enterprise and Connected Products strategy.
Use operational data to help support, maintain and improve the product.
Identify, evaluate, and execute new opportunities driven by internal requirements, customer needs, and competitive factors.
Support enterprise initiatives that integrate engine performance data, predictive maintenance tools, and commercial service offerings.
Collaborate with cross‑functional partners including CFTs, Engineering, Digital Technology, Engine Programs, and others to develop strategic plans and deliver program outcomes.
Support Connected Products growth initiatives and collaboration opportunities across RTX.
Develop business cases as applicable to support new initiatives.
Up to 10% domestic and international travel may be required
Lead cross-functional projects leveraging Connected Products and EHM Services capabilities to drive internal and external value aligned with enterprise and digital transformation goals.
Partner with engineering, digital, aftermarket, and customer support teams to drive development and roll out of new features, analytics, and service offerings.
Convert customer feedback and operational insights into roadmap improvements for Connected and digital Products.
