This individual is responsible for leading Control Account Management (CAM) activities for the F135 sustainment Joint Technical Data (JTD) work scope within the Military Customer Support & Flight Safety (MCSS) organization. The role requires strong collaboration, disciplined cost and schedule management, and proactive communication across multiple functional partners including Program Office, Earned Value, Finance, BACE, Pricing, and Integrated Master Scheduling.

Execute monthly CAM responsibilities under Earned Value Management System (EVMS) guidelines.

Own Level 5 WBS financial performance for F135 JTD, including monthly forecasting, Estimate to Complete (ETC) development, Business Change Requests (BCRs), and cost/schedule variance recovery actions.

Monitor program financial and execution performance and provide actionable insights to leadership for decision-making and corrective action.

Serve as a key contributor to Contract Estimate at Completion (CEAC) reviews, Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBRs), and Schedule Risk Assessments (SRAs).

Partner with the Business Acquisition Center of Excellence (BACE) to develop competitive and compliant Basis of Estimate (BOE) strategies supporting proposal and capture efforts.

Drive disciplined financial execution aligned with contract requirements, program objectives, and enterprise business rhythms.

Assess program risks and opportunities and support development of mitigation and resolution strategies.
