About the Role
~1 min read- Manage executive calendars, scheduling meetings, travel, and appointments
- Serve as a primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Prepare agendas, presentations, reports, and briefing materials
- Anticipate executive needs and proactively address priorities
- Draft and edit correspondence, emails, and internal communications
- Coordinate meetings, board sessions, and executive events
- Track action items and follow up on deliverables
- Maintain confidential records, files, and documentation
- Process expense reports, invoices, and reimbursements
- Support special projects and cross-functional initiatives
- Assist with onboarding senior leadership or board members
- Prioritize and manage competing requests
- Filter and respond to inquiries on behalf of executives
- Maintain accurate records and systems
Requirements
~1 min read- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar senior administrative role
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with strong attention to detail
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience managing executive calendars and virtual meetings using Outlook, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Google Meet
- Familiarity with document management tools such as OneDrive, Dropbox, and online travel booking platforms
- Exposure to ERP, CRM, or internal administrative systems is a plus
