Customer Acquisition Associate

Key Responsibilities Customer Engagement & Acquisition: Pitch services, explain onboarding requirements, support documentation needs, and follow up with prospects to drive conversions. Documentation & Record Keeping: Accurately update customer information in Airtable, Uber, and internal trackers; ensure customers are marked “Registered & Ready for Training.” Onboarding Support: Guide customers through onboarding, upload required documents, and address inquiries for a smooth experience. Pipeline Management: Maintain a steady flow of qualified customers and track their progress to avoid drop-offs. Cross-Team Collaboration: Coordinate with Maintenance, Validation, and Training teams for seamless customer handovers. Requirements Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proven experience in sales or customer acquisition. Ability to maintain accurate records and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Familiarity with CRM tools or platforms (e.g., Airtable, Uber systems) is an added advantage.
