As we continue to grow, we are building a team united by passion for shaping the future of energy.

- Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner closely with program managers, business development managers, R&D, Quality, and Manufacturing Operations to translate customer specifications into internal product roadmaps and technical deliverables.
- Risk & Timeline Execution: Establish project scopes, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies to ensure key program milestones are delivered on schedule.
- Technical Advocacy: Synthesize OEM testing feedback and battery testing data to refine application guidelines and present technical progress to external and internal executive stakeholders.

- Experience: 4+ years of technical program management, application engineering, or technical customer success experience in the lithium-ion battery, advanced materials, or automotive/EV sectors.
- Domain Knowledge: Hands-on familiarity with lithium-ion cell chemistry, silicon-anode development, electrode formulation, and battery testing standards.
- Communication & Execution: Proven ability to manage multi-stakeholder technical projects, translate complex data for commercial teams, and navigate high-stakes OEM engagements.
OTHER QUALITIES WE’D LOVE FOR YOU TO HAVE:
- Direct experience with silicon-carbon composite materials or advanced battery chemistry scaling.
