Network & Security Pre-Sales Engineer

Responsibilities- Gather, assess, and understand customer requirements, both from a business and technical perspective. Design effective solutions with client focused thinking and strong combination of technical and business relevance. Offer consultancy and design services for network solutions to both clients and internal teams, including Pre-sales, Sales, Installation, and Service. Conduct demonstrations and Proof-of-Concept (PoC) sessions for networking products and solutions. Create a trusted technical advisor relationship with customer and internal teams. Lead meetings and deliver presentations on network infrastructure designs to potential clients. Create solution architectures, detailed equipment lists (BoM), and presentations, and review/respond to TOR/REF/RFI documents. Collaborate with local distributors to implement solutions for clients. Requirements Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. Minimum of 5 to 7 years' experience in network (Active) and cybersecurity (Data and Network) roles such as pre-sales, post-sales, or installation engineering. Proficient understanding of network and cybersecurity architectures and solutions. Proactive in self-learning and staying updated on new trends and technologies. Ability to adapt and thrive in a team environment. Relevant certifications on cybersecurity solutions are preferred Excellent communication, interpersonal, customer service, and presentation skills.
