As one of West Virginia's leading garage door companies, we're growing our Door Serv Pro team and looking for a motivated Outside Sales Consultant who can build relationships, provide expert recommendations, and deliver an outstanding customer experience from start to finish.

• →Meet with homeowners, commercial & new builder clients to assess their garage door needs and recommend the best solutions
• →Build trust through consultative, customer-first sales conversations
• →Manage the sales process from initial consultation through project completion
• →Prepare accurate estimates for repairs, replacements, and new installations
• →Recommend products and upgrades that improve safety, appearance, and functionality
• →Coordinate with installation and service teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience
• →Maintain detailed customer information and follow-ups using ServiceTitan
• →Generate referrals and build lasting customer relationships
• →Participate in ongoing product knowledge and sales training
• →Help contribute to a positive, high-performing team culture

• 3+ years of successful sales experience (home services, construction, remodeling, or skilled trades preferred)
• Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own schedule
• Comfortable using technology and CRM software (ServiceTitan experience is a plus)
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and work in varying weather conditions when needed
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
