🧘‍♀️ What You’ll Do:

Welcome Guests with a Smile – Be the first friendly face our clients see and set the tone for a relaxing visit.
Educate & Recommend – Share the benefits of our membership program and spa services in a genuine, informative way.
Stay Connected – Follow up with guests via phone, text, or email to answer questions and encourage return visits.
Manage the Flow – Handle check-ins, bookings, and payments using our scheduling software.
Support Sales Goals – Help the team meet monthly membership and service targets—bonuses available!
Be a Team Player – Collaborate with massage therapists, estheticians, and fellow front desk staff to ensure smooth operations.

💼 What We’re Looking For:

Friendly & Approachable – You love making people feel welcome and cared for.
Comfortable with Sales – You can confidently explain value and guide guests toward the right choices.
Organized & Tech-Savvy – You’re great at multitasking and navigating booking systems.
Reliable & Professional – You show up on time, communicate clearly, and take pride in your work.
Experience in Hospitality, Retail, or Wellness is a plus—but we’re happy to train the right person!
Flexible Schedule – Must be available evenings and weekends.
Spanish speaker strongly preferred
