handly is the fastest-growing business-in-a-box for German craft companies, starting with roofing. We help self-employed craftsmen build profitable, long-term businesses by combining vertical software with AI-enabled services for growth and backoffice. We're 10 people in Berlin, backed by 20VC, Stride and Base10 (€3.75M seed).

Responsibilities

  • You take the outbound motion we've already tested and run it every day. The playbook and the lists already exist. Your job is to dial and crush a clear quota of attended discovery calls with qualified roofers.
  • You improve your script and objection-handling with each call.
  • You work directly with our CEO & Founder Basti to fuel our growth.
  • You become our outbound machine, laugh about how bad our old numbers were, and get rewarded for doing so.
  • No gatekeepers. 95% of every cold call lands directly on the owner, the only person who makes the final decision.
  • High ACVs. Our take rate compounds with the partner's growth, and our deal sizes sit meaningfully above typical SMB vertical-SaaS comps. You're not grinding for €99/month logos.
  • Proven script. We know outbound works, you are the one that perfects and scales it.
  • A product you can sell with a straight face. handly genuinely helps small craft businesses grow, professionalize and build long-term profitable businesses without burning out. You're not pitching "save time", you're pitching "build a business that grows without you holding it together."

Requirements

  • 1+ year of sales experience (preferably outbound). You've carried a quota and you've hit it.
  • You love the phone. Calling roofers isn't a tax you pay, it's the part of the job you'd do on a Saturday.
  • Coachable and resilient. You get told no thirty times before lunch and dial number thirtyone anyway. Every conversation is a data point, not a verdict.
  • High agency. You move on partial information, you don't wait to be told what to do, and you turn vague problems into real execution.
  • Native German. Our partners don't speak English.
  • Berlin-based or willing to relocate. Ready for in-office 5 days a week.
  • You want to play sales manager before you've closed a deal end-to-end.
  • You think you're "above" outbound.
  • You need detailed playbooks before you act.
  • You want a 9-to-5, or you want to work remote.
  • You'd rather workshop strategy than execute today.
  • You've never actually sold anything.

€50.000 base, €90.000 OTE
€100.000+ w/ overperformance.
Founder access: You and Basti are the sales team. Direct feedback & mentoring.

About one week, end to end.

  1. 30-minute intro call with Ohan (Founder's Associate, currently doing outbound)
  2. 45-minute call with Basti (CEO/Founder)
  3. Half-day on-site in Berlin. Live cold-call exercise and meet the team.
