✓$80,000-$90,000 Base Salary + Commission on Coatings & Restoration Projects

✓Yearly OTE of $170,000-$250,000 in the first year

✓Full Support from Estimating, Operations, Marketing & Leadership

→Generate new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and relationship-building
→Develop relationships with property managers, facility managers, building owners, and general contractors
→Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
→Identify opportunities for repairs, restoration, coatings, maintenance, and reroofing projects
→Work with our estimating and operations teams to develop solutions and close profitable work
→Turn first-time customers into long-term clients

Outside sales or business development experience required
Commercial roofing, construction, facilities management, or B2B sales experience required
Strong prospecting and networking abilities
Self-motivated with a high level of accountability
Excellent communication and follow-up skills
Comfortable building a territory and creating your own opportunities
