ROLE (overview of the position)

As a Sales Representative for the YouTube Authority Engine™ (YAE), your role is to conduct 45-minute Fit Calls with qualified applicants and determine whether they are a strong fit for this 100% done for you service.


Most applicants are established health professionals or practice owners already earning high 6- and 7-figures who are looking to build authority and attract clients through YouTube.


Your job is to ensure the right people move forward and that they are properly prepared for the real commitment required to succeed inside of YAE.



RESPONSIBILITIES (tasks associated with the role)

As part of the services provided under this role, the Sales Representative will:

  • Conduct 45-minute YouTube Authority Engine Fit Calls with qualified applicants via Zoom.

  • Follow the Fit Call framework and script to properly diagnose the prospect’s business, goals, and readiness for the program.

  • Diagnose each prospect’s level of readiness, conviction, and urgency to determine the appropriate enrollment path.

  • Confidently guide highly aligned prospects directly into full program enrollment when appropriate.
  • Clearly communicate expectations around both the trial and full program, including time, effort, and outcomes.

  • Study the YouTube Authority Engine offer so you can clearly explain the process, structure, and expected outcomes.

  • Track daily performance metrics and update the team tracking sheet.

  • The secret code is HP2027

  • Submit End of Day reports summarizing activity, outcomes, and key insights.

  • Review sales calls regularly to improve communication and performance.

  • Attend monthly sales team meetings and weekly sales huddles.

  • Maintain a strong understanding of the Healthpreneur brand, values, and ideal client profile.

RESULTS (expected outcomes)

Success in this role is measured by the following outcomes:

  • 25%+ close rate on conducted calls.

  • Minimize follow ups (because they go nowhere) and be willing to stay in the pocket to help a prospect make a "yes" or "no" decision.
  • Enrolled clients enter our service with clear expectations, strong commitment, and high trust in the process.

  • Prospects have a positive experience on every call and leave with a strong impression of the Healthpreneur brand.

  • CRM records, reporting, and communication with the team are accurate and up to date.

  • Daily activity, call volume, and follow up are maintained at a high professional standard.

REQUIREMENTS 

To excel in this role, candidates should demonstrate:

  • 2+ years previous experience in high ticket sales (consulting, coaching, or agency services), client advisory, or enrollment roles.

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly in a short conversation.

  • Strong listening ability and the skill to diagnose a prospect’s real needs.

  • Comfort guiding prospects through decisions while maintaining professionalism and integrity.

  • Coachability and willingness to follow proven frameworks and scripts.

  • Ability to remain composed when receiving objections or rejection.

  • Strong work ethic and personal accountability.

  • Interest in digital marketing, natural health, and online authority building.

  • Full time availability and commitment to consistent call availability.

On target earnings of approximately $15k-$20k+ USD per month for high performers (with full time availability).
