Domestic Account Sales - I&C

1. You will manage and develop relationships with key domestic customers and strategic accounts.

2. You will drive sales growth through direct customer engagement, quotation preparation, contract negotiation, and order acquisition activities.

3. You will promote transformer component products and provide technical support to customers and end users.

4. You will deliver product presentations and training sessions to customers.

5. You will collaborate with factories, regional sales teams, and technical specialists to provide competitive solutions.

6. You will support implementation of local and global sales and marketing strategies.

7. You will monitor market trends, customer requirements, and business opportunities to expand market share.

8. You will ensure compliance with company policies, safety requirements, and business processes.

9. You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

10. Living Hitachi Energy’s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.

2. 3–12 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or the power industry.

3. Knowledge of power transformers and transformer components such as bushings and tap changers.

4. Strong customer relationship management and communication skills.

5. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities independently.

6. Fluent in Korean and business-level English.
