We’re seeking a hands-on Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales team. This role oversees daily operations, drives performance, and develops future leaders.

• →Hire, train, and coach sales reps (run training classes & workshops)
• →Lead weekly meetings, track performance, and drive quota achievement
• →Ride alongs and in field coaching
• →Provide regular coaching, feedback, and performance reviews
• →Build a positive, high-performing team culture aligned with company goals
  
  

• One-call close experience (Exterior/Interior Remodeling) — required
• 3+ years in sales, 1+ year in sales management
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
  
  

• W2, OTE $250,000 - $400,000+
• Draw, commission & bonuses paid weekly
• Benefits: Medical, dental, vision (after 30 days)
