  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to achieve business development targets in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through LinkedIn, outbound outreach, and other sales channels.
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients seeking staff augmentation and technology solutions.
  • Conduct prospect research, qualify leads, and schedule meetings with key decision-makers.
  • Present the company's services and value proposition to prospective clients.
  • Manage the business development lifecycle from lead generation to proposal submission and deal closure.
  • Prepare proposals, follow up with prospects, and negotiate commercial terms.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, opportunities, and pipeline updates in the CRM.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
  • Develop long-term client relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
  • Achieve monthly business development targets while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
