- Ability to identify decision-makers, build prospect lists, and manage the sales pipeline.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to achieve business development targets in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities

- →Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients seeking staff augmentation and technology solutions.
- →Conduct prospect research, qualify leads, and schedule meetings with key decision-makers.
- →Present the company's services and value proposition to prospective clients.
- →Manage the business development lifecycle from lead generation to proposal submission and deal closure.
- →Prepare proposals, follow up with prospects, and negotiate commercial terms.
- →Maintain accurate records of client interactions, opportunities, and pipeline updates in the CRM.
- →Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
- →Develop long-term client relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
- →Achieve monthly business development targets while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
