Inside Sales - Experience Needed

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Build strong customer relationships through professional communication, positive attitude, and effective problem‑solving.

• Handle customer issues and order concerns promptly and diplomatically.

• Use company and customer pricing systems to prepare accurate quotes for standard and non‑standard products.

• Proactively contact existing and prospective customers to solicit orders and promote new or additional products.

• Present and explain product features using samples, catalogs, or technical information.

• Maintain and grow a pipeline of prospective customers.

• Support branch and company promotions to drive sales.

• Keep accurate daily records of reimbursable expenses.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Strong communication skills across phone, email, and in‑person interactions.

• Ability to read and interpret technical information, product data, and industry publications.

• Comfortable presenting information and answering questions for customers and internal teams.

Education & Experience

• 1–2 years of electrical distribution sales experience required

• High school diploma or equivalent
