Business Development Officer

HRSI is looking for Business Development Officer for one of its leading client.

• → Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential clients.
• → Generate leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking, and other channels.
• → Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• → Conduct meetings and presentations to promote company products or services.
• → Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions.
• → Prepare business proposals, quotations, and presentations.
• → Follow up with potential clients and maintain a sales pipeline.
• → Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
• → Conduct market research and analyze competitors.
• → Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
• → Maintain records of client interactions and business development activities.
• → Prepare regular reports on leads, meetings, sales, and revenue.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Relationship Management.
