JUNIOR MANAGEMENT POSITION– TERRITORY MANAGER KEY ACCOUNTS

Job Role To achieve the sales targets,
To achieve the sales targets, increase market share and profitability in the assigned territory while retaining current customer base and inducting new customers in order to achieve the departmental goals.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Retain existing sales volume and acquire new business accounts in the assigned area for enhancing sales volumes and profitability
- →Developing a complete understanding of key account needs. Developing a solid and trusting relationship between clients and agency
- →Managing communications between key clients and internal teams. Anticipating changes and improvements and resolving key client issues and complaints
- →Ensure execution of POL supplies on receipt of customer orders, requirements and demand to ensure smooth marketing activities. Ensure all Customer queries are responded within time
- →Coordination & Liaison with stakeholders (Internal & External) to ensure smooth execution of POL supplies
- →Conduct regular / planned field visits to customer's sites to resolve customer related issues and for negotiations of business deals and etc.
- →Reconciliation of customer accounts and follow up with customers to ensure recovery of outstanding amounts if any
- →Compliance of all SOPs, HSE procedures, management guidelines, rules and regulations to ensure safe and smooth marketing activities
- Minimum 16 years of education, preferably, Master's from a renowned and HEC recognized university or institution/equivalent foreign degree holder institution, in any/or combination of the disciplines
- Minimum 3-4 years of professional experience, preferably in a large national/multinational organization among which 1-2 years of functional experience in a similar capacity
Requirements

- Capacity to understand all sales functional areas i.e. Sales Development, Customer relationship, Distribution handling
