Responsibilities
~1 min read- → Achieve monthly and annual sales, distribution, and productivity targets for the assigned territory.
- → Manage distributor operations, stock availability, order booking, and claim settlement.
- → Supervise and motivate the distributor sales team (order bookers/DSRs) to improve productivity.
- → Ensure route coverage, product availability, merchandising, and visibility at retail outlets.
- → Execute trade promotions, new product launches, and in-store activations.
- → Monitor competitor activities and report market intelligence to management.
- → Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
- → Track secondary sales, prepare daily/weekly reports, and support forecasting.
- → Ensure compliance with company policies and sales KPIs.
Requirements
~1 min read- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of FMCG sales experience in distribution/territory sales.
- Good communication, negotiation, and team-handling skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and sales reporting.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
