  • Proven experience in business development, channel sales, or partner management within solar, energy, or related industries

  • Strong network within the Dutch residential solar/installer ecosystem

  • Demonstrated ability to drive partner performance and business growth

  • Solid understanding of residential PV solutions and smart energy systems

  • Highly motivated, proactive, and results-driven mindset

  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills

  • Experience managing projects or coordinating multi-stakeholder initiatives is a plus
