Responsibilities

· Handle incoming calls, emails, and office correspondence
· Coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room schedules
· Maintain visitor logs and office records
· Support administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and documentation
· Coordinate with construction site teams and office departments
· Ensure office supplies and reception area are properly maintained
· Provide excellent customer service and communication support
Requirements
~1 min read· Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
· Experience in construction or engineering company preferred
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
· Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
· Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
· UAE experience preferred
