IIQAF Group is seeking a professional and customer-focused Front Office Receptionist in Abu Dhabi to manage front desk operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will have experience in hotel front office operations, guest services, check-in/check-out procedures, reservations, and hospitality customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
  • Manage front desk operations and maintain a professional reception area
  • Handle reservations, bookings, and room allocations
  • Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints
  • Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions
  • Maintain accurate guest records and billing information
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, concierge, and other departments
  • Operate hotel management systems and POS systems
  • Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction

Requirements
