Application Management Manager – Datacenter, Compute & AI (Taiwan) In this Taiwan-based role within our Sales and Marketing Department(SMD), you will deploy the global go-to-market (G2M) strategy to the region and drive Application Management activities that enable Sales to capture maximum design-win BOM share at value-based mark-up. Your primary customers are Taiwan server ODMs, as well as industrial and consumer computing accounts. You will partner closely with local SMD teams and distributors, and coordinate with Product Lines, other regional sales teams, and OEM/ODM stakeholders to power AI from grid to core—expanding beyond DC/DC computing to adjacent platform opportunities.
Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
* Driving product roadmap discussion across different PLs to adopt localG2M strategy and market requirements.
* Deploy global G2M for Datacenter, Compute & AI in Taiwan; convert into playbooks, pricing guardrails, and enablement for Sales/FAE/distributors.
* Keep product collaterals (value props, fighting guides, reference designs) current and accessible; join key customer discussions and training when needed.
* Identify and prioritize focus opportunities; match regional needs to global solutions; guide design-wins with clear lifecycle insights.
* Strengthen proposals using complementary P2S solutions (SW enablement, cross-division, AMG, partners).
* Manage pricing guidance and bottom line via SAP P&Q; ensure sample availability; support sampling, design-in and project escalations.
* Analyze wins/losses and adjust proposals (pricing, ramp, prioritization)to win every socket.
* Track win-to-revenue; challenge forecasts (esp. ramp-up); support allocation, pricing/terms, and ramp-related questions.
* Feedback market insights to improve pricing, collaterals, and contracts; share learnings across regions and PL/BL.
* Expand beyond DC/DC into adjacent opportunities (PSU/BBU, system power, connectivity, platform enablement) under “We power AI” grid-to-core.
* Maintain tight alignment with Product Lines, other regional sales teams, OEM/ODM coordination, local SMD and distributors.
Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
You are a natural networker and an agile operator who thrives in the fast-moving compute and AI ecosystem, balancing technical depth with commercial execution.
University degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics, power electronics or related); MBA or business minor is a plus.
6–10 years of experience in application management, product marketing or technical sales within datacenter/server, computing platforms, power systems, or AI ecosystems.
Proven familiarity with Taiwan server ODMs and industrial/consumer computing customers; experience with OEM/ODM engagement models and distributor operations.
Strong knowledge of DC/DC and platform power architectures; ability to extend into adjacent system opportunities.
Strong G2M execution: collateral development, competitive positioning, reference design adoption, sampling/design-in processes; adept with SAPP&Q, CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and analytics tools.
Excellent communication in Mandarin and English; comfortable delivering training and joining product-specific technical discussions with customers.
Cross-functional leadership and collaboration with Product Lines, PMG, other regional sales teams, and partners; capable of managing escalations and prioritization in a dynamic environment.
Entrepreneurial, data-driven, and hands-on mindset; willingness to travel within Taiwan and occasionally abroad.
