This is a highly visible, high-impact Individual Contributor role reporting directly to our Chief Business Officer. You'll lead and scale global strategic partnerships and growth initiatives across both existing and emerging vectors — bringing sharp commercial instincts, deep expertise in the addressability ecosystem, and a proven track record of closing complex, high-value deals. This role is based onsite in our New York, NY, office and is not open to remote work.

- Lead global business development strategy, identifying and executing high-value partnerships that drive meaningful revenue and long-term growth
- Build and leverage a powerful industry network to unlock new opportunities across the addressability ecosystem — spanning data, identity, and audiences
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Leadership to align business development initiatives with company priorities and market momentum
- Translate market opportunities into scalable partnership models and compelling commercial agreements
- Lead complex, multi-stakeholder negotiations with strategic partners, ensuring alignment across commercial, technical, and product priorities
- Act as a trusted strategic advisor to executive leadership on market trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging growth opportunities
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies, data partnerships, and ecosystem shifts that can accelerate InMobi's leadership in the addressability and identity space
- Collaborate with senior leadership to shape long-term growth strategy and expand the company's global footprint through high-impact partnerships
- Contribute to evolving the business development function and operating model as the company continues to scale
- 12–15 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or strategic growth roles, with a strong and consistent track record of closing complex, high-value deals
- An established network of senior industry relationships, with the ability to quickly open doors and drive meaningful partnership conversations
- Strong commercial acumen and proven experience in structuring and negotiating strategic partnerships that balance revenue impact with long-term value
- Experience operating in global roles, with a strong understanding of international markets and the nuances that come with them
- Executive presence and the ability to influence, align, and collaborate with senior stakeholders across functions and geographies
- Experience working closely with product teams; direct product management experience or deep fluency in product development is highly preferred
- Demonstrated success in building and scaling strategic partnership programs within the advertising technology, data, or digital media ecosystem
- A solid understanding of the evolving addressability landscape, including data partnerships, identity solutions, signal loss challenges, and privacy regulations
- The ability to operate both strategically and operationally, balancing long-term ecosystem partnerships with near-term revenue impact
Responsibilities
~1 min readOur compensation philosophy enables us to provide a competitive salary that drives high performance while balancing business needs and pay parity. We determine compensation based on a wide variety of factors, including role, nature of experience, skills, and location.
The base salary (fixed) pay range for this role would range from $168,350 — $233,100 USD (min to max of base salary pay range). This salary range is applicable for our offices located in California and New York*. In addition, an InMobian may also receive variable pay in the form of an annual variable bonus or quarterly variable bonus/sales incentive, as deemed per policy, in addition to fixed compensation.
