City Business Lead – Field Sales & Operations

We are building one of India’s largest commercial video data collection networks and looking for highly driven field operators who can build teams, close business deals, and drive on-ground operations.

This is not a desk job.
This role is for hustlers who can operate independently, unlock locations, manage people, and deliver results.

• →Visit factories, shops, workshops, kitchens, warehouses, garages, and other commercial businesses
• →Convince business owners to allow commercial video data collection
• →Build relationships and close partnerships
• →Hire and manage Field Officers (FOs) and Data Collectors (DCs)
• →Ensure daily recordings happen smoothly at business locations
• →Drive collection targets, team productivity, and output quality
• →Expand into new categories and new areas

• Field sales executives

• Strong communication and convincing skills
• Ability to hire and manage teams on the ground

💰 Earn ₹60,000 to ₹4,00,000/month based on:
