We're looking for an organised and proactive Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Seoul office. This is a varied, hands-on role supporting office operations, employee experience and local administration while partnering closely with regional teams across APAC.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Manage the day-to-day operations of the Seoul office, including facilities, office supplies, vendors and building management.
- →Oversee office access, visitor management and general workplace administration.
- →Provide executive and administrative support to local leadership as required.
- →Coordinate onboarding, mandatory training, annual health checks and support for our employees.
- →Assist the regional People team with local HR administration.
- →Support the local Finance team with invoices, corporate documentation and general administrative tasks.
- →Plan and coordinate office events, team activities, and community initiatives, managing budgets and external vendors.
- →Coordinate mail, parcels, catering and other ad hoc office support.
- →Liaise with APAC regional teams on cross-border administrative and operational matters.
- →Provide translation and local administrative support for expatriate employees where required.
- Experience working in an international or multinational organisation is advantageous.
- Ability to communicate confidently in both Korean and English, supporting local and regional stakeholders.
- Previous experience in office management, workplace operations, executive support or a similar administrative role.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to work across all levels of the business and with external vendors.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach and a willingness to take ownership.
- Experience coordinating office events, facilities and vendors is highly regarded.
