Technical Executive

• →Monitor and maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing, DG sets, UPS systems, STP/WTP, fire alarm, and firefighting systems
• →Maintain PPM schedules, asset registers, logbooks, and compliance documents
• →Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports
• →Maintain equipment history cards, logbooks, and maintenance records.
• →Monitor electricity, water, diesel, and utility consumption.
• →Daily Briefing Technical supervisor about Planned activities and major Building compliant
• →Ensure timely closure of complaints and service requests.
• →Coordinate with AMC vendors for facility services.
• →Month-end checking consumable stock and raising indent.
• →Every month prepare material snag list and share with Assistant facility manager for further BOQ, procurement process.
• →Track open maintenance issues and ensure timely closure.
• →Monitor online readings, PPM checklists, and asset performance; ensure all scheduled maintenance activities and routine rounds are completed as per plan.

a. Strong knowledge of Building operations

b. The candidate must also demonstrate a good working knowledge of occupational safety and aptitude in client-centric operations.

c. Knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, fire safety systems, STP/WTP, and BMS.

d. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and maintenance reporting.

 Minimum 4 years of relevant experience
