Strategic Business Development Lead, Private Equity
Quick Summary
Partner with Go-to-Market, Product, and Engineering teams to share market feedback, refine positioning, and inform product development, particularly around AI-first workflows and capabilities.
As Strategic Business Development Lead, Private Equity, you will help private equity firms and their portfolio companies evaluate and adopt an AI-powered financial planning and analysis (FP&A) platform. Combining finance expertise with technical sales execution, you will lead product demonstrations, technical evaluations, and proof-of-concept projects from initial discovery through final decision. You will serve as a trusted advisor to private equity sponsors, operating partners, and portfolio company CFOs, demonstrating how AI can simplify financial planning, reporting, and portfolio monitoring. You will design focused trials that prove value quickly, address complex financial workflows, and build confidence among senior decision-makers. Working closely with Go-to-Market, Product, and Engineering teams, you will also translate customer insights into stronger product positioning and roadmap improvements. This is a remote-first opportunity for an independent, commercially minded professional who enjoys combining financial modeling, emerging technology, and strategic relationship building.
