Job Overview

The Senior Analyst, Sales Operations sits at the intersection of data analytics, GTM systems, and AI workflow design. As a core member of the Performance & Insights team within Sales Operations, you will own the data governance, reporting infrastructure, and AI-native workflows that drive how our GTM organization executes and makes decisions.

This role is defined by end-to-end ownership: from requirements and stakeholder alignment through build, launch, and enablement. We're looking for someone who sees problems and builds solutions, not just reports on them.

This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives.

The expected salary range for this role is between following values:

114 000 and 172 000PLN

The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
