Responsibilities

→Make high-volume outbound calls to ACA marketplace prospects (under 65 market)
→Work and convert third-party vendor-generated leads
→Educate clients on ACA health insurance plans, subsidies, and coverage options
→Build rapport quickly and handle objections to close enrollments
→Complete accurate ACA enrollments
→Ensure policies are properly activated through consistent follow-up
→Maintain strong member retention through ongoing client support
→Cross-sell ancillary products including dental, vision, accident, and hospital indemnity coverage
→Document all client interactions, enrollments, and follow-up activity in CRM systems
→Meet or exceed daily KPIs including dials, talk time, enrollments, retention, and ancillary sales

Requirements

Active Health Insurance License (required)
ACA Marketplace sales experience required
Strong outbound sales and closing skills
Experience with policy activation (effectuation), retention, and ancillary sales
Comfortable in a high-volume outbound dialing environment
Strong communication and objection-handling skills
Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented
Reliable high-speed internet and dedicated remote workspace
Experience working third-party vendor leads (preferred)
Ability to be appointed with carriers (required)
Strong attendance and consistency in a remote environment

Strong closer with proven ACA Marketplace sales experience
Comfortable working fast-paced outbound leads with high call volume
Skilled in building trust quickly and guiding clients to the right plan
Understands the importance of policy activation and long-term retention
Motivated by performance, commissions, and hitting targets

Self-motivated; upbeat attitude with high energy level
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills
Empathy and patience
Ability to multi-task
Passion to succeed, with a competitive spirit
