- →Ensure achievement of revenue, profitability, and productivity targets.
- →Recruit, train, guide, and motivate branch sales teams.
- →Monitor portfolio quality and ensure timely collections to minimize delinquency.
- →Conduct regular branch visits and review sales performance.
- →Build relationships with local influencers, business communities, and market intermediaries.
- →Ensure compliance with company policies, audit requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
- →Analyze competitor activities and provide market intelligence to management.
- →Resolve escalated customer concerns and ensure superior customer experience.
- →Prepare and submit periodic business MIS and performance reports.
- Strong sales and business development expertise.
- Knowledge of Gold Loan products and lending processes.
- Team management and leadership capability.
