LB Capital Events is a leading event management company known for creating unforgettable experiences. We are looking for motivated and driven sales reps to join our team and help us grow our portfolio of high-profile corporate and networking events.

Role Overview:

As an In-House Sales Representative, you’ll manage the full sales cycle—generating leads, engaging clients, and closing deals to drive revenue for LB Capital Events. You’ll work closely with our event planning and marketing teams to ensure client satisfaction and event success.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate and qualify leads in the event industryBuild relationships and pitch tailored event solutionsClose sales and manage client accountsTrack performance and collaborate with internal teams

What We’re Looking For:

2+ years of sales experience (event industry a plus)Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skillsGoal-oriented, with a proven ability to exceed targetsTeam player, fast learner, and self-starter
