Position Summary As a Business Development Manager – B2B at LikeCard, you will be responsible for driving and expanding B2B sales across all categories. You will identify and develop new business opportunities, build and manage strategic client relationships, negotiate and close deals, and ensure the achievement of the Business Development department’s KPIs. This role requires fluency in both English and Chinese and close collaboration with Middle Eastern and global stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive advantage. Develop, own, and execute business development strategies that drive sustainable growth. Lead and support the day-to-day activities of the Business Development and Account Management teams. Set KPIs, monitor performance, and present regular progress reports to senior management. Drive revenue growth by achieving sales targets and departmental KPIs. Identify areas for process improvement and support performance evaluations and succession planning. Prepare and deliver accurate sales, revenue, expense reports, and realistic forecasts. Build, manage, and maintain strong strategic partnerships across all business categories. Represent LikeCard professionally in the market and during client negotiations. Perform additional tasks as assigned by senior management or the direct manager. Requirements Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or B2B sales, with exposure to Middle Eastern and global markets. Proven track record in driving sales growth and building strong commercial partnerships. Strong strategic planning, execution, and negotiation skills. Solid understanding of technology trends, fin tech, and digital payment innovations. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Fluency in English and Chinese (both written and spoken) Nationality: Chinese only.
