This is a full-time, in-house role at Magic – not a VA placement with a client. You lead and coach the EAs matched to our clients, and make sure both sides of that partnership actually work.

That's a different job than "manager." You're not stacking direct reports – you're owning the whole partnership: the client relationship and the humans delivering on it. Part account lead, part coach, zero script. Your EAs aren't people who report to you – they're people you lead through trust, because that's the only kind of authority that holds up at 2am on a client call.

Shift: training runs overnight (Week 1: Monday–Thursday 8:30 PM–5:30 AM PHT, Friday MEA team orientation; Weeks 2–3: 10:00 PM–7:00 AM PHT), Monday–Friday, with your eventual production shift landing between 6 PM–3 AM, 12 AM–9 AM, or 4 AM–1 PM PHT. 

Training is strict: zero absences (documented medical emergencies only), max 2 tardies, 70% minimum score with one retake per failed module.
