As a Bilingual Administrative Assistant, you’ll have the opportunity to be a part of transforming the lives of children and their families. We are passionate about delivering high-quality care through evidence-based interventions and fostering a supportive, collaborative environment for our clients, families, and staff.

Bachelor’s degree preferred

2+ years in a medical office setting preferred

Bilingual in Spanish is required; proficient in reading, writing, and comprehending English

Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and TEAMS

Front desk duties including greeting and checking in patients, managing clinic lobby, answering phones, scheduling, and regular caregiver communication

Independently manages daily referrals/intakes in EMR, gathers required information, and maintains accurate records

Routine preparation of administrative paperwork, and assisting director in various projects

Part Time Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday 4:00 pm-6:30pm and Saturday 8:30am-2:30pm
