Sales Support Specialist

• →Manage assigned book of business (new and existing zero accounts).
• →Support and work with all service managers and specialists for assigned accounts.
• →Build and maintain relationships with the defined customer base to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Respond to escalated issues that may arise; seek additional support from management as needed.
• →Conduct regular status meetings with customers to understand their needs and link them to the organization’s product/service strategies.
• →Manage pricing and service-related activities.
• →Perform product cross-referencing activities.
• →Create and run monthly/quarterly reports.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Bachelor’s Degree.

• At least 1 year of account management or sales experience.

• Proficiency with MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.

• Background in commissioned, tangible product sales.
• Experience identifying, connecting with, building consensus, and closing new business.
• Ability to present multiple product lines.

The anticipated salary range for this position:

The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
