• Eigenverantwortlicher und direkter Vertrieb von ausgewählten Medizinprodukten an Bestands- sowie an neue Kunden - inklusive Durchführung von Produktpräsentationen

• Kontaktaufbau,- und Pflege, sowie fachliche Beratung und Betreuung der Entscheidungsträger in den Kliniken

• Dokumentation der Verkaufschancen und Fortschritte der Akquisetätigkeiten im CRM System (Salesforce)

• Durchführung von Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen als auch von Auftragsanalysen und Kundenverhalten

• Betreuung von Key opinion leaders und Unterstützung lokaler Marketingmaßnahmen und Events

• Teilnahme und Mitarbeit an Überregionalen Events und Kongressen

• Sicherstellung der Vertriebs- und Umsatzziele und einer hohen Kundenzufriedenheit durch enge Betreuung und exzellenten Service

• Reisetätigkeit im Vertriebsgebiet >80%

• Abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische, technische oder medizinische Berufsausbildung

• Mindestens 2 -5 Jahre Erfahrung in einer Vertriebsposition, idealerweise im Medizintechnikbereich

• Kontinuität und Erfahrung in effizienter Planung und Umsetzung von Vertriebsprojekten unter Einbringung eines exzellenten analytischen Vorgehens

• Spaß an Kommunikation und Networking, sowie an der Zusammenarbeit im Team und Fähigkeit sich in Teamstrukturen einzubringen – Wir suchen einen starken Teamplayer!

• Hohes Maß an Empathie und Fähigkeit zum aktiven Zuhören, sowie Nachhaltigkeit und Verbindlichkeit in der Zusammenarbeit

• Fähigkeit komplexe Zusammenhänge überzeugend zu präsentieren

• Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit gängigen EDV Programmen (Excel, Powerpoint, CRM System)

• Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
