We are looking for an ambitious Agency Account Manager who will play a crucial role in managing our existing Clients.

Responsibilities

  • Upsell: Work with existing clients to maximize client satisfaction, retention and growth; propose new ideas, alternative services for clients
  • Optimization: Work as a liaison between clients and internal departments to operate campaign management, and to achieve higher performance
  • Retention: Work closely with clients to ensure the campaigns’ achievement and satisfaction to ensure the contract renewal at the highest level

Who you are:

  • 1+ year of experience in digital marketing/account management experience in advertising agencies/e-commerce/direct response environment
  • Outstanding computer skills, including strong knowledge of Google, Facebook, Line ads platform, Twitter, TikTok, Native ads, and content marketing
  • Deep knowledge and understanding of the online advertising industry and technologies
  • Deep understanding of the company product and being able to explain it to a client and anyone else when needed
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Understanding of the country's peculiarities, knowing the main competitors, prices, advertising verticals, and peculiarities of communication with people from the assigned GEO region
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint, chart making, and manipulation of large data sets
