Responsibilities
~1 min read- 1–2 years’ experience in customer service, preferbally financial advice, or retail investment services
- Basic knowledge of financial markets and trading platforms
- People-focused: great communicator (English; Mandarin/Cantonese a plus)
- Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable with multitasking
- Willing to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Tech-savvy and keen to learn new digital tools
- Customer-first problem solver who’s always ready to help
Requirements

- Team management or training experience.
- Active Moomoo user.
- Familiar with local community resources.
- Experience in pop-up store or temporary retail space operations.
- Familiar with mall partnership processes and promotional calendar planning.
