We are looking for a proactive Junior Sales Executive to act as the "engine" of our recurrent business. In this role, you will own the renewal cycle for our existing clients.
You are a closer. Your goal is to ensure that every vessel with an expiring certificate receives a call from us, requests a quote from us, and ultimately renews with us. You work hand-in-hand with our Operations team, acting as the bridge between the customer’s needs and our technical delivery.
Monitor the ERP/CRM system to identify vessels with expiring certificates
Proactively call and email customers to remind them of upcoming expiries.
Convert expiry reminders into confirmed Requests for Quotation (RFQs).
Validate all technical details (port of call, vessel availability, specific equipment) before passing the RFQ to the Operations team.
Ensure the Operations team has a "Clean Ticket" to price the job quickly.
Monitor when the Operations team sends the official quotation to the client.
Maintain the "source of truth" in our CRM.
Map the correct decision-makers for each vessel (e.g., distinguishing between the Technical Superintendent and the Purchasing Officer).
Update vessel movements and contact details to ensure our marketing reaches the right people.
Experience in Inside Sales, Marine Coordination, or Aftermarket Services is preferred.
Familiarity with the Maritime industry (understanding vessels, ports, and class certificates) is preferred.
