Honda Libertyville, a part of the Murgado Automotive Group family of dealerships, is hiring an Experienced Automotive Sales Consultant to join our high-performing sales team. This role is best suited for a proven automotive salesperson who knows how to prospect, follow up, set appointments, work a CRM, build value and close deals.

This is not an entry-level sales position. We are looking for someone with automotive sales experience who is ready to compete, produce and earn at a high level.

Responsibilities

→Respond quickly and professionally to internet, phone and showroom opportunities
→Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline using the CRM
→Set appointments, follow up with prospects and create urgency
→Build value in Honda and pre-owned vehicles, dealership advantages and available options
→Overcome objections, present numbers confidently and close business
→Deliver a professional customer experience from first contact through delivery
→Consistently work toward individual and team sales goals

Automotive sales experience required
Proven ability to sell at a high volume, ideally 15+ vehicles per month
Strong follow-up habits and CRM discipline
Ability to work leads, set appointments and close deals
Competitive mindset with the drive to perform at the top of the sales board
Excellent communication, presentation and customer-service skills
Positive attitude, professional appearance and strong work ethic

Full-time position
On-site at Honda Libertyville
Automotive retail schedule, including some evenings and weekends
