About the Role

Are you energised by variety, pace, and working closely with senior leaders? As Executive Assistant, you’ll play a key role in helping our leaders do their best work every single day.

This role is about much more than keeping diaries in check. You’ll be a trusted business partner, sitting close to decision‑making, leadership rhythm, and business operations. From shaping executive briefs and communications to supporting leadership forums and smarter ways of working, you’ll help remove friction, create clarity, and keep momentum moving.

  • Partner closely with the Executive General Manager to anticipate priorities, risks, and key decision points
  • Manage complex calendars, travel, and commitments with accuracy, foresight, and impact in mind
  • Plan and support leadership and team meetings, including agendas, materials, technology setup, and follow‑ups
  • Prepare clear, concise executive‑level presentations, reports, and briefing materials
  • Draft thoughtful, engaging communications to keep leaders and teams informed and aligned
  • Drive clarity on decisions, ownership, and actions across leadership groups
  • Use digital and AI‑enabled tools to simplify workflows, improve productivity, and support modern ways of working
  • Experience supporting senior leaders in a fast‑paced, complex environment
  • A proven track record of expertly managing diaries, travel, and competing priorities
  • Strong business judgement and the confidence to think ahead and take initiative
  • Clear, confident communication skills, with experience preparing presentations and executive‑level materials
  • An organised, calm approach to juggling multiple stakeholders and shifting demands
  • Comfort using Microsoft tools and digital platforms to work smarter, not harder
  • A flexible, curious mindset, with a genuine interest in improving how work gets done
